04  /  IoT platform

One data layer for every device

Devices connect to a gateway over the local wireless network; the gateway reports to the IoT server, and an application server presents the data on dashboards.

Reliable data collection

Fault-tolerant collection from your devices and sensors using standard IoT protocols — MQTT, LoRaWAN and others.

Rule engine

Processes collected data to produce alarms and valuable insights, with threshold, rate-of-change and compound conditions.

Visualisation

Advanced and flexible visualisation for both real-time and historical data across any measurement.

End-user dashboards

Customisable dashboards you can share so stakeholders see the monitoring results directly.

Deployment options

On-premises and cloud deployment, so the platform can sit inside your network or ours.

Remote control & OTA

Remote control of connected devices and over-the-air configuration updates across the fleet.

Mobile applications

Customisable mobile apps built on the same data layer with minimum coding effort.

AI engine

Anomaly detection on each signal, sensor drift and fouling detection, and forecasting for consumption and fault windows.

05  /  Connectivity

Protocols and interfaces supported

Field devices terminate at the gateway on RS485 or LoRaWAN; everything above the gateway speaks MQTT to the platform.

Three steps from carton to dashboard

No firmware flashing and no broker setup. Configuration happens over RS485 or a LoRaWAN downlink.

01

Wire and power

Screw terminals throughout, 5–24 V DC supply, DIN rail or screw mounting. The RS485 port carries its own 120 Ω termination.

02

Join the network

The node joins your LoRaWAN gateway on the regional band and pulls its configuration. Settings change later by downlink.

03

Read the data

It appears in the registry and on the dashboard, and is available to any SCADA, PLC or IoT platform with LoRaWAN integration.
