MuTech Automation Pvt. Ltd. ("MuTech", "we", "us") is the data fiduciary for the data described here. Sensoverse and DialBot are MuTech Automation brands and are covered by this policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on mutechautomation.com. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry.

Like any website, our server and the providers that deliver fonts, scripts and maps to your browser (such as Google Fonts, cdnjs and unpkg) receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We use our server logs only to keep the site running and secure.

MuTech Social (social.mutechautomation.com) is an internal tool, run on servers we control, that publishes posts and videos to MuTech, Sensoverse and DialBot accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, shows how those posts perform, and helps us reply to comments. Only MuTech staff have accounts on it.

When a MuTech staff member connects one of our accounts, MuTech Social receives and stores:

• the sign-in details needed to act for that account (access and refresh tokens), and the account's name, ID and profile picture;
• for "Sign in with Google": the staff member's name, email address and profile picture, used only to log them in;
• the posts, videos and schedules we create, and statistics about them (views, likes, followers);
• public comments left on our own posts, with the commenter's public name and profile picture, so we can read and answer them.

We use this data only to publish and schedule our own content, measure how it performs, and reply to comments on our own pages. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the platform it came from and the service providers that host and run MuTech Social for us. We may disclose it where the law requires.

We may use AI tools to help draft posts and replies. When we do, they only see the content needed for that task.

MuTech Social uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, read channel statistics and manage comments on our own channels. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

MuTech Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not let people read it except as needed to run the features above, for security, or where the law requires, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

You can remove MuTech Social's access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

For Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and LinkedIn company pages, MuTech Social uses the official Meta and LinkedIn APIs, with the permissions you approve when connecting, to publish posts, read page statistics and manage comments. Their own policies also apply: Meta Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

You can remove access at any time in Facebook Settings → Business integrations, in Instagram Settings → Apps and websites, or in LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Sign-in tokens are kept while an account is connected and deleted when it is disconnected. Posts, statistics and comments are kept while we need them for our marketing records. Backups of MuTech Social are kept for 14 days, then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up.

To have data about you deleted — for example a comment we stored, or data from an account you connected — email info@mutechautomation.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us the platform and the account or comment concerned. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Removing MuTech Social's access in your Google, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn settings (see above) stops any further access straight away.

MuTech Social is reachable only over HTTPS, its databases are not exposed to the internet, sign-in secrets are stored with restricted access, and only authorised MuTech staff can log in.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that apply to you, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent, and you can raise a grievance with us. Email info@mutechautomation.com; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
